In recent years, one of the key factors driving the advancement of industrial automation, as a fundamental industry, has been the development and production of various types of sensors.

Tabrizpeguh was established in 1988. In 1995, after obtaining its establishment approval and operating license from the General Department of Industries of East Azerbaijan Province, the company became the first manufacturer of industrial sensors in Iran. It began manufacturing non-contact sensors, including inductive, capacitive, photoelectric, magnetic, thread-break, color-mark, hot-metal, double-sheet, laser, smoke and dust density sensors, shaft encoders, speed monitors, power supplies, wireless sensor networks, and capacitive, magnetic, and optical level control sensors with switching and analog outputs, in compliance with the latest international standards. Through these efforts, the company has taken a meaningful step, however modest, toward advancing the self-sufficiency of Iran's industrial sector.

Furthermore, in order to enhance its scientific and technical capabilities, Tabrizpeguh has been a member of the Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology (IROST) since its establishment and benefits from the organization's scientific support.

To establish scientific and technical relations with industrial companies and organizations active in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, and industrial automation, Tabrizpeguh has also joined the Industrial Automation Trade Association and the Association of Electrical and Electronics Industries of East Azerbaijan Province, collaborating with these organizations on various industrial projects and activities.

In order to optimize and develop specialized sensors and undertake research projects, Tabrizpeguh established its Research and Development (R&D) department in 1997 after obtaining an R&D license from the Ministry of Industries.
